Living in a mobile home vs apartment vs house
Posted 26 days ago
Which one do you prefer to live in? A mobile home like a trailer or RV, an apartment, or a traditional house?

Bear in mind, the cost of living in a mobile home is significantly lower than an apartment or house. Gas money wouldn't be an issue considering you'd save AT LEAST 1k every month.

A cardboard box complete with pillow, blanket, and wifi.

Speaking of which, anybody remember Out of The Box?

I'd prefer a very large mansion.

I much prefer an apartment, I currently live on the fourteenth story of an apartment building in downtown Vancouver B.C. The view can not be beat, nor can the convenience of living here. Everything and I mean everything I could possibly need to buy is within walking distance. The only time I have to drive is when I go to work in the morning and come back at night, and when Reservist training comes around. Most days I am driving maybe 45 minutes a day tops. If I am unlucky that sometimes gets bumped up to an hour. Either way not a whole lot of time spent behind the wheel.

I'd be fine with an apartment, a house is too much maintenance by myself.

Plus I hate mowing the lawn because wasps hate me for whatever reason and try to murder me.

Condo. I don't want a big house but I also want to own real estate instead of throw money away in an apartment

House. Although I'm not opposed to having one, mobile homes come with an unfortunate and significant possibility of explosions. As small as they usually are, most any explosion means that you're royally screwed. A good friend of mine just recently had that happen to him and ultimately passed away as doctors were prepping him for skin graphs. Sixty percent of his body had suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns, and he was going to lose both a leg and hand to infection.

With an RV you also have to pump your own poop into a certified poop disposal site.

edit: or just dump it in the street like the Hillary campaign bus did.

That RV is probably more expensive than the house.

I'll take the RV, sell it and buy some property in the mountains to build on.
