My previous card being charged for a premium membership is no longer valid. It cannot be deleted from my account. When going to update, the # cannot be changed. No new method can be substituted in the system for some reason. This is producing a catch 22 situation. E-mails from support are stock responses. I cannot even cancel.

Wait for about 24 hours. Then you should be able to resubscribe via /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium.

I am having a similar issue --- for the past 3 weeks. My status shows I have an expired premium account. I can't use the free trial the customer service guys set me up with. I can't pay with a new credit card because it says I am already a premium member. Can someone help? Cancel my account and let me start over? SOMETHING??????

And by the way, the standard response is to try again in 24 hours. That doesn't work either. I've been trying every 24-48 hours for 3 weeks

It does now, just completed the renewal. It did not work last night, when I originally posted. Okay, back to customer support to let them know something finally worked.
