I believe it's "Where will/should we play this week?"

"konshu doko de asobimasenka?"

Konshu = this week

doko de = where

asobimasenka = basically means "why don't we go play"

Someone else can correct me as it's been a few years since I last took Japanese, but I think that's it.

It depends on context but I'd normally place that at "Won't you play with me somewhere this week?"

I'm assuming he meant どこかで. He's asking if you want to hang out sometime this week.

I came over tons of groups for japanese when looking through language and culture exchange groups at facebook, just an advice. They all seem great for translating and chatting.

Where shall we play this week?
こんしゅう This week
どこで Where (particle で for place marker)
あそびませんか shall we play (particle か as question mark)

Congrats on studying in Japan!
