This will be such a short discussion thread, since there can't be complaints from the UK or from Latin America about regional access.

Can I complain about the fact that none of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Series are getting portuguese subtitles?
It's probably bc of licensing limitations, but I'm joking, Im not interested in Yu-Gi-Oh! at all

SulliMike23 Now if we can get Zexal for North America, that would be great.

I'm sure Zexal's next on the agenda after they finish Arc-V.

It's a shame this isn't Zexal because I really want to re-watch it, but it's nice to see more YGO on the site.

Looks like they left it open ended on 5 rolling out on every Tuesday except the first Tuesday of each month. That's 15 or 20 per month. They just haven't made clear whether it'll catch up, or whether this will pause when it gets to the end of the last completed series and wait until the next one is finished ... but if there is a 4th Series starting in Spring 2017, it would be close enough to caught up by then to have the the 4th series as a simulcast.

Yeah, of course you can complain about that. Nothing that Crunchyroll can do about it if they didn't get the rights, but they can pass on that there are complaints about not Portuguese rights if they are negotiating for the simulcast some day.

It's definitely because of licensing limitations ... if Crunchyroll had the language rights, they'd do the subtitle.

And not complain just because it's not something you want to see? That's not automatically enough to prevent a complaint from a determined complainer!

Episodes are up now, and I can confirm the characters retain their Japanese names. I was pleasantly surprised to see the opening and ending themes have been subbed too!

dark_pride I don't think 4kMedia will allow CR to do that. Note that the English dubbed anime is being broadcasted today (they're at Episode 80+ or something as of this posting). They're only able to get ARC-V as a catalog because the dubbed version is already there.

But in the US, only the first 20 or so episodes have aired. The subtitled version will soon surpass what's available on American television.

If they can't do a simulcast, I hope 4K Media will at least consider having the subtitled version follow the airing of a dubbed episode. It would be nice to have the subtitled version of episode 1 go up after the dub of episode 1 airs, instead of 80 or so episodes into the dub.

99 episodes of the dub have aired in Australia and Canada. The first 27 have aired in the US. So it'll take 3 weeks for American viewers to pass the dub on Nicktoons.

They've already surpassed it now. This week's batch has Arc-V's subs up to episode 30.
