Does it snow over where you're at?
I remember taking my girl to the cat cafe in Colorado when it was snowing once

Ice skating was always one of my favorites. Depends on the weather though- does it get super cold there?

I love this question!
If you have money saved up, renting a cabin for a night would be awesome and private.

Boutique shopping between the ice skating and drinks wold be nice, too. Just a little something - maybe an ornament for the Christmas tree? Makes that sparkle last a little longer.

Ice skating, art museums, hit up downtown, see Christmas lights (we have neighborhoods all decked up of that), coffee shop, hiking, paint nite!

ice skating, see if there is anywhere that does sleigh rides, if there's snow just chill and have a snowball fight or go see a christmas play
