Honestly if I were the father of the girl I'd be dead or in prison. What say you, GD? Will this sort of thing continue under Trump?

It's this kind of thing that makes me not give a damn about refugees EVEN if they're legit.

Yeah, you can tell it's likely untrue because there are no official statements corroborating it. Whereas the official statements seem to deny it.

helps to read the article

The boys are from Sudan and Iraq; none are Syrian. They are being held at a juvenile detention facility. Officials suspect the boys have been in the Uniteds States fewer than two years, but their refugee status wasn’t immediately clear to the police chief.

There were no adults involved, Loebs said, the boys didn’t have a knife, and the incident wasn’t a “gang-rape” instigated by the oldest boy.

people forget that the vast majority of these conjured up "refugees" are not Syrian. which kinda kills the whole "refugee" angle that's being presented.

this is forced mass migration, not a refugee crisis.

An incident did occur, Loebs said, and two juveniles have been charged after authorities obtained video shot on a cellphone.

According to those officials, three boys were involved, ages 7, 10 and 14, and the alleged victim was a 5-year-old girl. The boys are from Sudan and Iraq;

“These were all families,” said Reeves, the director of the Idaho Office for Refugees. “They’re now resettled here. They’re moving on with their lives.”

Honestly at this point. I don't consider it a left or right thing, just an american thing. The lengths people on both sides go to to attack those who disagree with them is kind of scary.

Thanks. I tried to read the original link with an open mind. The issue was that there wasn't any actual evidence of anything other than fear-tactics overall.

To the rest, this is the kind of thing that makes me wonder why there's so much hatred against refugees. The original link tried to paint that the government favored the refugees because the girl's medical bills could only be paid up to $4,500 and that they were continuously harassed by "refugees" (without any indication of where they were from, their names, or who all was impacted). I'm more annoyed with the Americans who feel like they should shove their personal agenda just because they don't like someone.

Amyas_Leigh:
Man, I'm almost certain you're just trying to see how long you can get banned from Crunchyroll at times. As for your questions:

"What say you, GD? Will this sort of thing continue under Trump?"

Of course "this sort of thing" will continue regardless of who is in the position of POTUS. Even if the original post had any truth in it, there is nothing that Trump can do to change how people are. Caucasian-Americans, African-Americans, Chinese-Americans, and so on all perpetrate this kind of violence; race or origin means nothing of these kinds of crimes. To think otherwise is a tad naive. Even if Trump kicked out everyone in the United States that wasn't a "natural born citizen" - this kind of crime would still occur.
