Cute is everything to me. It's honestly my favorite and most used word XD I think cuteness is basically something that is endearing. There are tons of different kinds of cuteness, and some people can find somethings cute and other things not cute; and some people can find a thing cute in a way completely different from another kind of cute. There's cute like, I wanna pet you and protect you, and then there's cute like wow I wanna take you to bed and make you feel like a million dollars, then there's cute where someone shows their sweet side, and so on and so forth. A lot of time cuteness is connected strongly with a sense of purity. Cuteness is a lot about sensitivity and genuineness too, that sense of vulnerability makes someone approachable and trustworthy and an openness of positive emotions in a world capable of so much darkness makes that person shine. Dishonesty usually puts people on guard, and therefore makes a one less cute. You're never truly afraid of cute things.

I'm really happy that more boys are called cute and adorable, and it's cause a lot of the younger generation of boys are not as defensive against it than the older ones who were obsessed with protecting their masculinity against femininity. I think a lot of boys like to be called cute, though many will never admit it

When I think of cute I think of a large assortment of things, but mostly girly stuff, the soft side in people. sweet stories, warm fuzziness and kindness. I interact with tons of cute people, though I find lots of people really cute. Some people are cute on sight, others I have to bring that sweet side out of them and then they're super cute.

I think people who don't know things can be cute, it's a kind of infantile cuteness that makes them endearing. But it's not at all like there's a large correlation. For someone to dumb themselves down because they want to be seen as cute, is really sad, since there are so many ways to be cute, and being strong or smart doesn't mean you're less cute, just cute in different, better ways like I said above. Hope this helps! <3

Positive mindsets give us happier minds and healthier bodies. Cuteness invokes positivity, and so therefore is good for the mind and the body >: )

There is 2 kinds of cuteness in the world, visual cuteness and acting cuteness.

Visual cuteness has to do with features that are attractive in a.... cute way. God dam this is hard to describe. Take for example, the sea bunny. It is an adorable sea creature with black bunny like ears and a fluffy tail like rear end. But visual cuteness can be ruined very easily. The sea bunny is actually a sea slug with it's tail end actually being gills on the outside of it's body.

Acting cuteness is where something does something in a cute way. Note that said thing does not necessarily have to be cute in of itself, but a lack of visual cuteness means that the situation has to be appropriate or otherwise cringe will be involved. An example, my friend who is not very attractive in the slightest, but when we went to a fair, we went on a mechanical bull. Before the bull even started moving, she slid right off the bull's back end, and tumbled down with a panda kind of style to it.

Tl;Dr, describing cuteness is hard, and I overthink things anyway:P

People around me who are cute? My friend E.V. Even though she is as tall as JoJo (195 Cm), she always has a sunny personality to her, as well as her signature cat headband that he always wears out in public.

And the final part, does cuteness and intelligence have a correlation? Hell no! I am not cute (anymore), and I have an IQ of 150. (my cuteness went bye bye a go go when my hair went away too. At least I still look decent in a hat.) But that is not to say that both can be in one's personality or visual features. My ex was both, with big huge eyes when she wore her glasses and cute beady eyes when she took em off. Combine that with general nerd interests (star trek, yu-gi-oh, anime, vocoloid, twilight {barfs a bit}, astronomy, physics, chemistry, the list goes on and on.), and she easily was both.

I will say this, since I have a small sneaking suspicion. Yes, guys do like cute girls. But not too cute. If cuteness is your entire personality, the novelty wears off rather quick. Cute+smart is a good combo. It's how I won my cute and smart contest ribbons:P (5 points if you get the reference)

Tl;Dr of this entire thing. People like cute things. In other news, water is wet.

Most of the guys I'm super attracted to I'd consider them cute. They tend to be sweet, innocent-looking, and boyishly handsome. Examples of this would be Freddie Highmore from Bates Motel, Evan Peters from AHS, or Ed from FMA (like after he started going through puberty and jank). Hotness has a different criteria, but honestly I'm more interested in cute guys. I can admire the way a hot guy looks, but unless we had stuff in common, I wouldn't pursue anything to me because for me they usually don't have that "oomph."

Me myself, I've never been the "hot" girl, only "cute," and at times "pretty." Only in certain *ahem* situations, am I identified as hot. More often than not people, particularly men, consider me cute. So I can kind of understand why some men would be turned off by being described as cute.
