Most things are in one ear and out the other. But there are a few specific things you can say that will hurt gravely no matter what I do. Thankfully most would not occur to anyone, so people can't really purposefully use them against me.

It all depends on the person and situation.

If you have a problem with me, call me. If you don't have my number, then that means you don't know me well enough to have a problem.

I'm not very easily hurt. The only time I get very sensitive is if someone criticizes my work, mostly because I put in a lot in comparison to others at the same level and it really stings when a manager or higher questions something.

Then again, live and learn. Usually just get past it.

Very easily. I tend to give substantially more insight into a persons comment to see whether or not the claim was baseless insults or something I need to work on.

It's entirely natural to feel sad from time to time even when insulted. It's what makes us humans in the first place.
In the end it's all about how you carry yourself and how much you respect yourself to deal with those negativity
Or... you can kill them all and display their heads on pikes as a warning to others.

I didn't know I had feelings that could be hurt until now.

I used to think that instead of feelings I had an endless supply of sarcasm.

I strongly recommend not giving people who offend you more of a voice than they deserve. Furthermore, can you discern if it's truly an insult or just or criticism? Because criticism is extremely useful as it questions whether you're thoughts or actions are on the right track or not. And in the end, after weighing the pros and cons, only you can determine if that criticism is beneficial or not.

And I wont sugarcoat it; criticism is infuriating! It takes a tough person to objectively analyze criticism. But it is an essential skill to endure life which is exceedingly unfair.
