Homer would be accepting and supportive in pretty much every capacity, and is generally a decent person when push comes to shove. He just happens to be a bit slow, a bit selfish, dirt poor despite being a nuclear engineer, and is physically abusive against Bart when provoked. I'd occupy a place somewhat like Lisa's, so I'd probably be fine in that last regard.

Peter Griffin is as slow as Homer, but has none of the moral character under the surface. His entirely unprovoked and shamelessly cruel treatment of Meg is reason enough to refuse him, and the amount of psychological damage he's inflicted upon her as a consequence is enough that he ought to be in prison. He's an oaf, and I'd seek emancipation the very second it was announced he was to be my father.

Hank Hill is generally a decent man, and he'd be a pretty boring, safe choice. His only real advantage is his relative stability (he manages to keep his bills paid and he keeps a steady roof over his family's head), and we have so little in common and disagree on so much that we'd probably end up disliking one another. Plus I'm about 90% sure he secretly huffs propane.

Bob, for what little I've seen of him, seems like a decent enough bloke, but my siblings in that family would drive me up the wall. I'll pass.

Stan Smith is pretty well off, he's got a good, steady government job, he does have a decent moral core at the end of the day even if it sometimes takes him a very long time to find it, and has demonstrated himself to be capable of tolerating having a kid with strong left-wing inclinations even if he's not fond of them and will occasionally try to change them. The problem with Smith is the relative extremity of the petty, selfish things he does, though he fixes things in the end. I'd never be bored, I'd be well-off and on track for a good career with my connections, I'd have decent siblings in Haley and Steve, I'd have a supportive maternal figure, and I'd have an alien and East German fish-man to entertain me. You could do a lot worse.

I'd probably go in this order:

1. Stan Smith
2. Homer Simpson
3. Bob Belcher
4. Hank Hill
5. Peter Griffin

Bob is more responsible out of the list. Homers a dumb drunk and Peter's an asshole to his kids (mostly Meg)
