A dream journal...what a fantastic idea! I too, forget, sometimes about what my dreams were. Depending on how emotional it is determines how much I actually remember, but a journal might help. Thanks for sharing that!

Usually if I wake up right away, I can remember key parts of a dream, but usually it's only bits and pieces.

I wish I had dreams ever since I died and remembered it some 12 years ago I been unable to dream and no matter how much sleep I get I am tired all the time. I think its a side affect. when I remembered it was also the only time I woke up crying and couldn't stop it for awhile and it was the last thing I remember dreaming about ever since than its just been darkness.

I remember some enough to write them down. I also make a mental note of some of the ones that stick after some time, so I do have dreams that I remember from when I was a child.

don't talk to me about dreams omg.

Recovering from the latest episode of Touken Ranbu Hanamaru.

Go back to the first episode and watch the dream scene, and then look at the end of episode 11. The person in the fight in the dream wasn't who you thought it was.

Also, yeah, the fluffy-moe-boys-hanging-out show starts with a really well-animated fight scene.

Go watch it, it's such a good show.

January 15th, 2016 my dream summary:
There is a young king that's ruthless on the battlefield. Even though he's still just a child, he kills without thought or regret. His army does as he commands without hesitation, and always seem to be blood thirsty.
The queen is horrified with her son, and wants him to grow to be a good king. Something happens to her son, and he looses his memory. The queen spirits him away, where she raises him to be good.
Soon, his army comes searching for him, and eventually finds him. The boy king starts to subconsciously remember things, like how to fight, and that he is a king. His second in command gets the boy king to come with him, and shows him prisoners that he had captured. The second in command goes to kill the prisoners, but the boy king stops him. Angry and confused the second in command asks why.
"Is it not wrong to kill?"
The boy kings army starts grumbling between themselves, but are (as ever) completely loyal.
As he regains more and more of his memory, he is to choose between a reign of bloodshed and evil, or one of happiness and prosperity. Choosing happiness, the boy king returns to the throne a different person.

I used to have some really bad nightmares a few years back. They were usually dreams about someone trying to break into my house. I always felt motionless and my only defense was to yell at the "bad guy." Or sometimes I'd dream about waking up to someone peeking into our home. But I didn't have a voice so I would try to yell and scare the intruder away.

I would end up screaming in my sleep and it woke up my wife who would shake me awake. I'm very protective of my family so that's probably what brought on the nightmares. My deepest fear of someone hurting them and I'm powerless to stop it.

Thankfully I haven't had one in a while.

I haven't dreamt in months
I just fall asleep and it feels like I wake up a couple minutes later but it's been 8 hours
I don't mind sleeping without dreaming

Last night my dream was odd as hell.
I was selling ice to polar bears in the north pole area.
Some reason I got 300 billion euros in that dream.
Now I think wtf was my brain doing when I saw that dream
