So I found an image that shows all of the Oil pipelines already running through the USA while looking at a discussion on the Keystone pipeline. How the narrative was set was that there were no pipelines running around that area but after looking at this map I am noticing the pipelines are already everywhere.

Existing pipelines:

It makes me wonder what all the fuss is about especially when some of the tribes in the area its running through are complaining that it doesn't hit their land because they want part of the revenue.

The fuss is because the flow of oilgas is the only thing backing the US dollar. At least for some.

For environmentalist zealots, any development at all is a problem.

For 99.999999% of us, we just feel the "getting screwed" effects from the value of our currency being toyed with.

Because native tribes aren't a conglomerate hive-mind, individuals are going to have different opinions. The fuss in North Dakota is over the potential for an oil spill that would destroy their livelihood.

Evidently there are also ranchers protesting the government's use of imminent domain.
