I'm trying to renew my premium+ membership but it "Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are currently a Premium Member." Heeelp

Did you hit the correct link? Sounds like you may have clicked the free membership trial by accident.

You're showing as a Premium+ member. Did you figure it out, or are you using a guest pass?

same problem plus my billing page gives a error when i ty to see if i can correct any problem from there

Contacting support might be your best option.

I ran into something similar
Payment from my card failed for some reason, the page to update payment methods just gave an error.
After getting that sorted out with support and adding PayPal as an alternative payment method I couldn't renew my subscription because of the same error you got.
After getting back to support they told me they didn't know what was causing the error, were looking to resolve it as quickly as possible and gave me a free 7 day subscription with instructions to try resubbing after the 7 day sub expires.

I got an email earlier today stating that my sub expired and am now on the gift sub until the 8th.
We'll see if I can resub as normal once it expires, so far I'm very pleased with support.

edited to add: Well, it says I'm on the gift sub but I apparently don't have any membership privileges.
Ah well, I didn't really have time to watch much of anything until the 8th anyway. I'm not going to risk resubbing now and causing another weird overlap glitch.

Hey i also have this problem after i had to have a membership refunded because i forgot to change away from an old card but neither of those links worked worked for me. I tried emailing the support team but they responded once with the free trial and after that it still didn't work. I emailed again and they just sent me the same links that didn't work and have not replied to me since even though its been well over a week. I just want to renew my membership.

/premium_pick_plan?membership=premium should be working for you now.

Used every link on this page. Nothing works to renew membership. Doesn't accept the payment method even if i recreate it. Doesn't work on the ps4. Doesn't work on the computer. Suggest you hire new programmers.
