I've been trying to cancel my crunchyroll subscription for 6 months and I'm still being charged! I've sent countless emails and never get a reply. Usually I'm pretty understanding and patient, but this is too much. I know it's ONLY $7 but there was a few months where $7 got me gas to get by or food until the next paycheck because I was having a bad few months. So now I'm taking Crunchyroll's lack of response as negligence and disrespect to the customer and seeing it as blatant stealing. I WANT my information erased from everything to do with Crunchyroll NOW. And I want a refund for all the months you can clearly see I haven't been using your shit subscription.

I'm just a forum mod, so I can't actually see or deal with any payment issues. But my view of your profile shows me as you not being a premium member according to CR, or at least having no star or lightning bolt or anything, which are usually the sign of a paid account. If you turned that icon off, my apologies, it would look the same to me.

If you're still getting charged, I know that iTunes and PayPal have had issues, listed out in https://crunchyroll.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204545309-CANCEL-my-membership-. Not sure if that helps, since I can't access such info.

My issue is that I've emailed and attempted to contact SOMEONE for months, I've tried every way to cancel the subscription, it should not be this much of a hassle. No one is emailing me back, it's such a simple thing, you go and find my account and you cancel it. If you work in that department then that shouldn't be so hard. But clearly I'm being flat out ignored and am continued being charged for something I don't want.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder for any communications?

We replied to all 3 of your tickets. So likely you are not receiving our replies due to your email provider, or the replies end up in your spam folder.

It would be nice if CR included at least the option to "echo" such replies to the person's inbox on CR.
