I've tried the free trial and the premium link. Every time it wants me to add my CC, I get this message afterwards "Your card information is invalid. Please check your card information and try again.".

My CC is a Visa debit, which I can (and have) used for online purchases. This is the only site that tells me that my CC isn't a CC (because it is, by all accounts of whats required for CC info).

Anyone else getting this? As someone who wants to sub to crunchyroll, this is a point against them.

And yes, I will be filling out a contact forum, just figured I'd post it here for answers if possible.

Verification of cards is done on the banks' end. It's beyond our control. Have you considered using PayPal to subscribe instead?

I don't have any funds I can transfer over to Paypal. I don't buy your reasoning though. You're the only website that states my CC isn't a CC, yet I can purchase micro-transactions from Google Playstore, or purchase items on Blizzard's website. So why is YOUR website refusing the card? If it was more than one, I'd accept it. But when it's only one, that tells me the issue is with the website, not my bank or my card.

I did it 5+ times. All boxes with a green checkmark. I'll be calling my bank today to doublecheck to make sure it allows for online purchases (it is a new visa debit, so something may have glitched). That being said, my original comment stands.

Not everyone uses the same bank to handle the payments. I'm talking about the acquiring bank which handles all of the payments for us, the merchant.

You've yet to answer why YOUR website seems to think my card is not a credit card when it has all of the required information. So far, you've just given me excuses that don't really add up.

I am offering you monies for your services. Why are you so quick to throw it away with random excuses? You have yet to actually provide me with a solid answer after the information I have given you. So either you don't know what you're talking about, or you're trying to flake on doing your job.

It shouldn't have to take me saying the same thing 3 times for something to happen, so let me repeat this again.

Your website deems my Canadian CC as not an actual CC, despite having a CC number, name & date and security code on back. I want to know WHY and HOW YOU will get this resolved.

Same exact thing here. I fully explained the issue, stating I cannot use the free trial or sign up with membership and yet, I'm still given the link for premium.

Well, it's not us refusing your card. It's our bank. Might have to do with it being a Canadian debit card.
As for PayPal, you don't need to transfer funds. You just need to link your card, and the money will be taken off the card.

Update: Whelp, Paypal seems to work, far easier than what I remember, but I'm now a premium member because of the 14 day trial. I would still like to know what bank you deal with however.

No, I mean we're already having them check out why cards like yours are being refused. I'm not going to tell you specifics about our payment processor.
