Post Reply CC information being denied, despite having worked before.

So, I found that my subscribtion for Crunchyroll has stopped for some reason, I don't remember if I did it myself, but I might've. Anyhow, my premium expired and I wanted to renew it once more to and watch ad-free etc. Thing is that, it does not allow me to use the CC information I typed in (Nor can I delete the old one I used either, despite premium being expired).

I want to know what the hell is not allowing me to do this. I get an error message saying
"Failed to check out. Please look over your credit card info and resubmit."

The information is -correct-. I've checked multiple times, tried to re-add the card multiple times as well. Nothing is working.

If some admin or mod could look into it, maybe wipe the CC information I have on my Acc or something that they might think would work.

Anyhow. I am over and out.

I suggest contacting customer support directly using the /contact form to get things sorted out. Choosing "Billing" as the problem will probably get it to the right person fastest.
