I was thinking of a possibility of an electronic game where a player make a story. The story can be made in the format of a visual novel, webtoon, manga, a simplistic animation, or a slide show with audio narration. The game could allow insertion of picture, screenshots, music, and sound recorder as well as the automatic citation from any sources used. This idea come from Web 2.0 (like Facebook, Google+, twitter, MyAnimeList, and Cruchyroll) where the consumers of the media texts can also be the producers of it. It could promote cultural growth and diversity. What is your opinion on such a game?

i wouldn't call this a game, but there's already VN engines that lets you do that. one which is available for free is ren'py.

That sounds like more of a creation tool than a game. It's fine as a concept, but without details how you intend to implement it it's hard to judge.

RenPy's existence is great, but it's by no means the only way to do things. For example, one could take a more visual approach to scripting instead of using Python etc.

Here is one I found as example from something called The Strange School http://thestrangeschool.com/ which seem to be visual scripting system on top of Unity.

there is also the puzzle peaces style

Thanks for the feedback. I will now rephrase my statement: Would a story creation tool which use a video game system be a good idea?
I should elaborate more on my idea: The creation tool can either make a story in a certain format or allow multiple formats of the story. It may allow a created story to be transfer between users of the game system for viewing. This possible story creation system can cause issues in ownership of intellectual properties but the history of the DJ industry do not seem to be affected by this issues.
