I liked school in and of itself. I hated the people I had to deal with in school though. Once I got to a place of higher education where the scum doesn't go, school really became great. When education becomes optional - only the ones who want to learn will go. They tend to be much more enjoyable to be around.

Also, I rather enjoyed PE. My teachers just let me run/jog all period. Didn't have to worry about basketball or football. I did get to play some dodgeball and soccer though. Those were fun.

Sex Ed was funny. We got to watch two people bone and then it switched to an infrared view after a minute or so and the commentator started talking about weird stuff like and i qoute "Notice how their toes curl; intercourse is a fullbody experience".

Fortunately I got a full semester sex ed class in 7th grade. We didn't watch porn in class or something though, that would be awkward.

I hope you mean you watched a video and you didn't get a live demonstration.

Nah, it was just a video of some asian woman and a caucasian man on padded black satin platform with a red backdrop doing the deed.

If you think that's bad, I remember at school in Science we had to watch a video of a woman actually giving birth. At that moment I couldn't have told you the first thing about how to pay the bills, but I could've told you what an afterbirth looks like. I would've been about 14 years old when that happened, too.

I hated the math classes. My other classes were easy, but boring.

I went to a high school in one of the big winning HS-league schools, and P.E. was mandatory torture as in mandatory torture. PE class was a team-factory, no way out of it, and no way to try.

Even if you were the not-yet-coordinated study-kid with no sense of team play and no motivation for uncompensated competition, who would have happily been 4-F'ed if it was Army drafting.

if going to school is mandatory torture,

I can only imagine what you think getting a job and paying bills feel like.
