I need to meet him and get some tips on how to cheat on my next chemistry exam. Haha, but anyway, that's pretty messed up and amusing at the same time.

That's an interesting article. I still find it hard to believe that he was illiterate till the age of 48...

My brother wrote a short story about his spring break last year in which one of his friends stole his Yu Gi Oh cards. His teacher changed the word "stole" ~which he wrote, to "stoled". As in his Yu Gi Oh cards were stoled. She was always making marks on kid's papers like that, and she had really bad grammar. It wouldn't be such a big deal if she weren't an English teacher.

This guy's a genius. He became successful in life without knowing how to read and write. That's amazing.

funny for a teacher, but what happens if a doctor or surgeon does the same thing and they never really learn how to operate or properly treat people's illnesses???

in retrospect this man probably had an extremly hard time 'faking' think about it how much do we read these for meetings projects and everything he would do with his kids he'd have to rember it because he would not know how to write it down i imagine it must have been extremly stressful

It's not that he can't totally read or write... He is just a plain CHEATER!
I think this is just their way of campaigning against illiteracy, or something!
