Honestly it is all experience, there will be highs and lows. You are going to fail but learn to get back up and move on,and you are going to have victories that make your struggles worth it.

The journey is what matters, the opportunities/choices you decide to take is what brings you forward. You have to figure what works for you. And what works for others might not fit your style and vise versa.

Feed back from others can be helpful, it can validate some of your decisions ( and give you a different POV you hadn't thought of), but the ultimate feed back will be your own. You build confidence through yourself not through others.

People can say not to care or give a fck....but everyone cares to some degree, they have just tried to shut themselves off.

So believe in yourself, and if that is hard, just set a goal (a manageable one), and take tiny steps to reach it, cause before you know it you will be half way there. Then you will start making more reassuring decisions because of what you know from past experience, (it has already gotten you this far)

Keep it up. Be patient.
You only loose if you stop trying.

Fake it until you make it. For examply if your talking to someone that you think is cooler than you talk to them as if they are just a normal person (because they are) You talking to a boy you think is cute and getting nervous but you can talk to ugly boys without breaking a sweat then just pretend that cute boy is ugly, Works for me.

Do i lack confidence sometimes? 99% of the time i lack confidence, when you wake up in the morning and think "My eyes are too baggy to go to school" so you stay home then you have a problem

Hmmm. Might have already responded to this point.

Develop something you can be proud of and perpetually pursue.

what works for me is taking care of myself. Say exercising, eating healthier.... Buying new clothes. Thats an instant lifter.

+1

When people started noticing the results I got from consistently going to the gym it definitely help build my confidence. When I got in better shape, clothes I bought would also fit me better which was a plus.

So true and you will notice people are nicer to people who are in shape. Sad to say but true and if anyone says otherwise they haven't tried it before. I have many times.

I swim. Or generally work out but swimming is more relaxing and 'zen' for me. It makes me able to take my mind off anything and remove all those feelings of self-esteem and stuff like that. After a good session, I feel more confident and ready to go back to my life with renewed energy.
