Saying some words in japanese as well as using expressions such as itai (when something hurts), uwaah (when im amazed), unh (when i mean yes or thats right) and yelling kya! (When something is extremely cute).
Also i use kuso and shikusho quite a lot to curse; and finally i piked up the "oya oya oya?" From haikyuu and use it for teasing my friends when they talk about their crushes. Hahah

I've really taken to eating ramen, a lot....

Also, I say "Uhhh!", or "Uhmmm!" a lot, when I mean to say 'yes', or to give a positive feedback to someone's thanks to me.

Me: "Go left, then turn at the first door way."

Them: "Thank you!"

Me: "Uhhh!" Or, "Uhmm!"

Me too! I do this all the time!

I find it's easiest to substitute "Ah" in these situations in English, as it's a more natural reaction in that language.

Occasionally I'll use the positive "Un" and the negative "Uuuuhhnnnnn" in English, but it's better if they come out more as sound effects (i.e. language-crossing grunts) to be more readily understood. It's the same sort of thing if you were to say, "Ooooooh! (Shiny!)" or "Ugh. (Gross!)" or something.

Well I definitely eat more Japanese food now.

Also, I listen to a good amount of Japanese music now, although overall I'm still a classic rock guy

Well... I was cracking my fingers like Kaneki long before Tokyo Ghoul, so I guess I can't say I picked up that habit from anime. Uhhhmmm... it's not exactly habitual, but occasionally, I'll hold my phone like L. It's mostly when my hands are dirty and I don't want to get my phone grimy, but I still get those looks from people like "wtf is wrong with you?"

Pushing my glasses up for one, even if I JUST pushed them back up. Another would be cracking my fingers like Yamori 'Jason' and Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul and also sitting with my legs up on the chair with me like L from Death Note, no idea I started that but it got to the point where if I'm sitting in a chair with my feet on the ground, I always keep my heels of the ground. No idea why I started that.

I dunno..but i always tend to bow when greeting.. dunno when i started it lol

I tend to do such things at work a lot when I'm telling customers to come up to the register or when I'm done ringing them up. I don't know when it started, but coworkers have picked up on it over the years. I have no clue where it came from but they all seem to think it came from watching anime. But I've apparently been doing such stuff for at least six or seven years and I do it without knowing it's a thing. It's not a full scale bow or anything, but a quick head nod that apparently is partially my upper body as well.
