If she decides to run again, the only ones who'll be celebrating are the delusional Hillbots & the republicans.

No, Bernie or someone like him is pretty much not going to happen because the second you start offering free stuff like a college education is the second that people with jobs are going to quit theirs and try to occupy a space. Those voting for Bernie seem to forget that there is no guarantee that they'll get a space at the college of their choice when older adults, who may be much smarter than them, decide to return back to school. The socialist democrats could try to limit it to a certain age bracket, but I'm sure an older American will sue, and then all Amsricans will be eligible for a free education, including those high achievers in junior high and high school who may have just been biding time until they could afford to attend.

Socialism only sounds great if you have nothing. If you have a car, a house, etc, the 60%+ tax rate you'll be paying so that there is free college education and health care for everyone is not nice. Additionally, with this tax rate, the price of houses will drop as the market finds a new medium. Do you think most homeowners will vote for something that will cut in half the value of their assets by a significant percentage within the first year?

Here is Christmas in the land of socialism:

If Bernie were President for any significant amount of time, he'd be confiscating all toys from Toys-R-Us because of an 'inventory error' and handing them out to illegal immigrants, and refugees being raised to 'kill infidels' as commanded by the Quran.

It's easy to be Santa when you steal all your presents from other people.

Oh well, I have lots of stuff to do today, so I'll continue this later if I have the time.

Joe Biden mentioned possibly running in 2020 last week. If he runs Clinton won't run against him.

I would kill to see a Biden vs Trump election. That'd at least be fucking entertaining.

Considering that she has run for office of president twice and failed, this seems highly unlikely. The only way Clinton would have a real chance of running (and winning) in 2020 would be if America suffered under a trump presidency and she offered a real alternative that Americans could get behind.

I think Hillary is done, the FBI still has several investigations going on regarding the Clinton Foundation, so I'm sure we have another scandal or two waiting to come out.

So, how does that underperformance, particularly among middle class voters in traditionally Democratic bastions, translate into Clinton's defeat, and what does it have to do with candidate selection?

Except, conversely, Clinton outperformed Obama among college educated whites and in suburban counties which traditionally go for Republicans. Where Trump underperformed to the point he lost normally rock solid Republican counties like Orange County, CA. Which hasn't gone red since 1936. Clinton also outperformed Obama in California in general. The loss of suburban counties is just as much of a concern for the Republicans as the loss of blue collar support is for the Democrats.

Also, notably, Trump did significantly better among undecided voters who did not settle on a candidate until the final two weeks before the election. When Comey's bullshit hit.

As for the 18-29 demographic, their turn out was notably lower in general so just presenting a % does not tell the full story. Simply examining where Clinton underperformed and not fully examining where she outperformed does not present a full picture. Nor does it change anything about the scale and division of the popular vote vs the electoral college. She has still garnered more votes than anyone in history just short of Obama and she has still won the popular vote by a margin not seen since 1876.

American did want Clinton but the rules said no.

As for Bernie, I sincerely doubt he would have weathered the bullshit hurricane any better than Clinton. This election cycle was unprecedented for its level of sheer dishonesty and rampant bullshit. A factor which can't just be ignored as you point to primary results. Neither Sanders nor Clinton are dishonest enough to stoop to the level required to fight Trump in his own arena and since journalists abdicated the position of referee the Democrats were in a bad position regardless.

They better cryogenically freeze Hillary now if they want her to run in 2020. She is decaying fast.

When will she learn? She lost to Obama, then she lost to Trump. TRUMP! That should be a sign that no one wants her as president. I just pray that, if she does run, she doesn't get the nomination.

Democrats never learn, that's why Nancy Pelosi is still minority leader of the house.

As long as someone with some backbone runs against here, then it's all good. There's a reason Hillary always lost. And that's actual backbone. No genuine opinions. Just shilling to political idea after political idea. Her fucking campaign ran on the basic of being the first woman president, talking as if that somehow qualifies her regardless of her policies compared to others.

If someone wants to run, they outta try running by creating policies that would outdo someone. Not relying on a vagina pass. Vagina passes work in divorce courts, but in politics, it doesn't work as often.

And so far, Trump is looking to be nothing like what the media made him out to be. Choosing to say that he'll be cancelling that Air Force One project would save us 4 billion dollars. That's a lot of money for one project. So far, he's proving better than the media says, but not doing anything overtly special considering he's not even in office just yet.

And for people having debates on what's needed, socialism or capitalism, that's easy. Capitalism is the norm of a society. It's growing when under a decent capitalist policy. Socialism is the director of the band aids. Welfare is for people to get back on their feat and to try and get back in the game. Not meant to solve their money issues. That's too expensive. It's just to keep it from getting too bad. But you still need to try and work harder. If you lost your job, get another one. Go to college too, as long as it's not the typical safe space pandering college.

In the end, politics requires a balance of policies. One needs to be the norm, the other a band aid for when you get sick or hurt.

So bottom line, too many neocons running the Republican party eating at the Clinton cash too, and too many corrupt shills. Too many people think voting based on gut feeling is how nations thrive, or they think that by shilling, they'll suddenly get wealthy with that Clinton cash.
