I just finished the Alabasta arc of One Piece, and I want to start the next one. However, I keep a small list of shows I'm interested in, just in case I need a break. My question in this case, is it worth taking a break for any of the following shows?

-Fate Zero
-Plastic Memories
-Psycho Pass

Those are the three I have on my watch list at the moment, should I dig into one of them or just keep watching One Piece?

No, keep watching One Piece.

Do not take a break. How else will you ever finish 700+ episodes. The episodes won't watch themselves.

- Yes

Sometimes taking a short break and seeing something different clears the mind. You picked three great series to try also.

I think taking a short break to fit in any show that has relatively few episodes is a good idea, just for the sake of variety. Psycho Pass is worth it. Plastic memories would certainly be a change of pace--I liked it okay but didn't love it. Fate Zero--well I'm not a good person to ask because I have tried, and failed, to enjoy several Fate shows, including this one, and I don't like them at all.

Yes, you could take a break from watching One Piece and watch whatever you want. I took a break from watching One Piece and then I dropped it (it got stale, repetitive and shallow). The longer the series, the more of a chore it was to watch it.

Thanks for your input everyone! I don't necessarily need a break from OP at the moment, I'm enjoying it very much. I just know there are a bunch of other good shows waiting for me. So I think I'll put a bookmark on OP and try one or two of those series out.
