Hi, I'm using a pre-paid mastercard and when I try to start free trial I'm having "Your card information is invalid" problem and can't get it. Is it because of my country doesn't supported? (Turkey) or something else. Because I've used this card with my Steam account and many other online-shoppings. Or is that because currently theres not enough amount of money right now in my card? (It's a pre-paid card, so I have to deposit money when I have to buy something)

Have you tried adding the card as a source for PayPal account, or purchasing a gift membership with the card, instead of subscribing directly?

There is definitely something strange going on with Crunchyroll's billing system. My annual renewal failed two weeks ago with a perfectly valid normal credit card. They didn't send any notification of this until yesterday when my sub expired, and on attempting to resubscribe, the site won't accept any card info (tried a few), failing with different errors depending on where/how it's entered (invalid card, 'something went wrong', still subscribed, etc.).

Seems support can only offer a bandaid with free trial time, so hopefully they'll get the backend fixed soon.

Today I deposit enogh to my card and tried again but still same problem. I tried to use paypal but it didn't work too. So I'm sure it's about enough money or something, I've tried buying gift-card or different links to payment to page but still same problem.

Their billing is system still is broken and you cannot renew using PayPal or Credit Card. You have to contact support until they fix it on their end.

And now it is happening to me as my credit card is perfectly valid, but for some reason the payment didn't go through. But the problem is definitely something else as if it were just that, I should have been able to purchase a new subscription with a different payment method, but I'm being shut out as it won't let me do that thinking that I'm still subscribed when in truth I'm not. I have since contacted CR and they are looking into the problem.

Yesterday, I was given a gift subscription that is supposed to keep me subscribed while they are fixing the problem, but for some reason I'm unsubscribed again even though it is supposed to be good for a week. And now I'm trying to do all sorts of DIY fixes and none of them are working.

Reply back to the customer support rep and let them know you're not getting the premium benefits from your gift subscription.

I am having the same problem; valid credit card rejected and only notified two weeks later. Also, the actual page for updating billing is now just an error message for me. I have sent a message to customer support but something is borked.

I am also having the same issue. The last reply from the billing department told me they could delete my account so I could start over fresh or I could create a new account. I used a second account, and received the same errors when attempting to add the credit card information. The issue is definitely in their billing system.
