I don't care, but it seems a lot of people do for some weird reason.

It's fox news, of course it bothers them. Their primary audience is thousands of years old.

I don't believe in a god so I don't care either way.

Rioting in the streets, uncertainty and worry surrounding the recent election, terrorists in the middle east, more and more animals being endangered or flat out extinct and all the other shit that's happened in this shit year.

And people are bitching about a holiday card.

Just kill me now.

The whole reason behind people saying "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas" is because some people are trying to be respectful that other religions do exist. Not everyone celebrates Christmas and I've even had a job that told me to say Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas.

PC enforcers at work. It jars me when someone says 'happy holidays' to me. It's like the PC Police are trying to eradicate Christmas....

Considering Christmas decorations are in the stores before Halloween these days.. Happy Holidays seems more appropriate, there's lots of holidays between then and the new year.

If I know someone's religion, I'll try to use the holiday appropriate to them when it's close to it. If not, I don't want to assume, some might take that to be rude. But it's all personal choice in the end.

Whether it's "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Hanukkah"- There's nothing wrong with wishing someone happiness in your own way.

This is exactly why we need to stop saying happy holidays.

If it's not a commercial, stop getting forced into becoming a mindless corporate puppet.

No, why would it?

If "Happy Holidays" offends you then you're looking for something to be offended by and need to get the stick out of your ass. >.>

Nope.
I celebrate 5 different holidays in December including Christmas.
