I was thinking it could be some minor vitamin that everyone forgets about.

What is with all these people who sees the letter N and think of black people <_<;;

i don't know

if someone said i like it "big and firm/hard"

what's the typical response from them? even when talking about about mattresses

or bigger is better" while i'm talking about tv/laptp/phone sizes..

i guess it's a common trend now aday....something sexual or racist will always come to mind first

Those statements are completely without context. This thread's context involved children.

Also bigger is better! This is AMERICA!!! SUPERSIZE THAT SHIT!!!

with kids hitting puberty around 10-11 now aday.. if you don't sit down and talk with them.. eh.. they will learn things from social media and their friends.

i think that's the reason why sex and racism always come to mind first for people..

supersize? you probably never hold those 6.2 - 6.5 in phablets ?..

5.5- 5.7 is more ideal..

anyway.. back to the topic.

saying NO is good.. since it's almost 2017.. so if you want something work for it ? i earned most of the stuff i have through work.

- washing a car for $5 ?.. it will add up.. but at least i learned to work for what i want.. and when i got it.. i'll appreciate it even more

spoiled brats who will get whatever they demanded will never appreciate what they have or be happy with it.. often time they will want the next new thing after 6-12 months.. or maybe sooner..

You know what my parents said when wanted something that was expensive and not necessary...get a job. That I did and I did odd jobs around the house and for family friends to pay for the things I wanted as a child but did not need. Other then that Christmas and birthday were really the only times I got things like that except the occasional straight A school year they might treat me. Looking back I don't regret it either as I learned a lot by doing so.

I find an ass whooping to be pretty effective. You won't even have to tell them no.

I tell my 3 kids no all the time, in fact my husband and I have an agreement that if one parent says no than it means no from both parents. Honestly, my kids complain that it's unfair they don't get cell phones or tablets and other parents have criticized me for this but I want my kids engaged with the world and people face to face not through a screen. What I think is even more dangerous is exposing kids to social media too soon. For all my refusals to modernize my kids are far from deprived, they still get a lot through Anime and Video games which we spend a lot of family time together watching and playing. We'd probably die of exposure if we ever went camping or of boredom if we hit a sports game, but just seeing an anime logo in public and it kicks off a rowdy discussion. In fact my kids have CD's with their fav anime songs on them for the car

Ask my kids any day of the week what my fav word is and the answer is NO, but ask them if they are happy and they do fun things and the answer is always YES!

Someone above mentioned kids hitting puberty early in America, my kid is one of them: 11yrs old in 5th grade he is almost 6ft tall! Downside is he has horrible growing pains that keep him up all night at times.

forget about children. now a day you need to say no to adults as well.. especially those sjws..

like spoiled brats.. if you give in to their constant whining/demands.. it will become a constant thing
