Service Provider: Sprint
Android OS: 7.0 (beta)
App Version: 2.0.9

I recently joined Crunchyroll's premium membership and the service works great on my tablet and PS4 but for some reason my phone does not want to play videos on the app at all. I just get a blank black screen with the video player and that's it. I tried waiting for multiple minutes many times and still not working. I then force closed, cleared data and cache along with unstalling and reinstalling the app but that didn't work. Tried that method a few times too. Can someone please help me?

You're not the first one reporting the playback to fail on your model after updating to the 7.0 beta.
I've tested with one of my own 7.x devices, which works. So it does not seem to be an issue on all devices/non-beta.
