It's not like you guys are the first to bemoan the end of "Democracy as we know it"
Even Presidents have given speeches on awarness of such topics

It's not like the country/society hasn't changed in nature structure and objective over the past
centry. Things change. As you get older you'll worry less about what you obsess over today,
either that or you'll drive yourself crazy. You might be in control of your life but the world as
a whole? That's something ultimately out of our hands, unless you're immortal(not enough time)

As long as we keep blaming one party while lauding the other as the saviors, nothing will change. Republicans like Bush supported polices like NAFTA and TPP, they support costly Drug Wars to no avail no different than the Democrats. Every time I or other say something like "Trump said this", and someone else response is "Well Obama said..." fuck it, nothing is going to change. Because people refuse to change. Good grief. Stop dividing us, both of you.

I have never been a big Obama Supporter. In fact the only Democrat I've supported in the last 10 years was Bernie because I thought we would energize the political process. I just can't stand Nationalistic devision. People think this man will fix things by dividing us every chance they and he gets. Then they immediately talk about how Obama is still the worst president to ever occur, blah, blah, blah. This sectarian ignorance of the process and reality needs to be engaged because ignoring this ignorant behavoir (Which liberals have largely done) gets nothing done.

I do not think that Trump are overpowered enough to threaten democracy even with his position as president. He go through a original route in politics where he participate as part of the alt-right; a group which had yet to establish a stable foundation in the current plot. Trump only gain his current success due to the local economic condition in the United States; in the Capitalist perspective, he is chosen by the invisible hand.

No doubt they failed to wash the invisible hand so it was easily detected.
