Even if his mom is American, HE HAS TO BE BORN IN THE U.S.A. to run for President.

Tell that to Republicans Ted Cruz or Mitt Romney. Did you care when they ran for president? Oh wait, sorry, they weren't black and/or a Democrat so it was ok for them. My bad.

Right , which is why forensic experts were the ones that made this call.

Experts would still need to testify before an actual authority who can rule on the matter for their findings to be found official in any way. The man spending 50 minutes comparing the writing of two birth certificates and claiming the support of experts isn't terribly convincing on it's own.

I simply dont understand how you can so consistently contort yourself into the box that you do.

This wasnt 50 minutes of review, this was 4 years involving forensic fkn experts - but dont let that interfere with the stories you're convinced are true in your head. What's the problem with going sheesh, it was fake after all? That'd involve a little intellectual honesty and humility for once?

Yeah, like folks with their heads on straight can expect that from Progressives. (I dont care what label you want to call yourself, you fit the Progressive stereotype rather well, so you might as well have it as part of your signature and tattooed across your forehead.)

Really man, this is like dealing with a crackhead that you caught stealing your tv, and they're trying to make up whacked out stories to get around the fact that you caught them red handed stealing your tv. Your shuckin & jivin is every bit the same joke.

What, its not a fake 97% of all forensic document scientists agree - maybe that sort of consensus "science" would work for you?

If it takes you 4 years to find a short list of circumstantial pieces of evidence on one little document then your probably giving evidence that is completely biased and would more then likely be thrown out in any reasonable court.

Actually, for that comparison to be correct they would need to catch someone in the act of doctoring Obamas papers.

It's nothing like what you just described.

Funny, I haven't made the first effort to debunk Arpaio's findings. I'd much rather leave that to legal experts. My entire point was that his findings don't officially conclude anything and there isn't some concerted effort by 'big media' to ignore the case. But by all means, continue projecting my posts for your rants.

nah, no concerted effort at all hahaha

hahahahaa not according to forensic experts, they dont!

so we're still sitting here and nobody can prove where he was born.

if he was born in the USA, he'd have legit documents.

sorry, he was not born in the USA. ignore the question and then produce a forgery, mock anyone that questions the forgery?

what a joke that people believe this stuff.

I'm glad those two losers didn't win. I didn't know they were foreign born, or I would have had issues about them, too.

The director of the Hawaii State Department of Health should change her name to 'nobody' I suppose.

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/story?id=8191566&page=1

The same goes for experts like Jean-Claude Tremblay who verified Obama's birth certificate five years ago.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/04/29/expert-says-obamas-birth-certificate-legit.html

Nobody at all. Who were the experts Arpaio was citing again?

Time and again Obama's birth certificate has been verified, and to officially question the authenticity of it would need an investigation by someone whose jurisdiction actually covers the document. Not a press conference from a former sheriff from Arizona.

Oh, so...

Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert,

A software trainer's word is plenty good, when forensic experts disagree? hahahaha

Good to know where your burden of proof lies.

Foxnews works when it agrees with what you already believe, lol...

psst, they are globalist owned crap, too, otherwise they never would have fired glenn beck and instead let him keep doing his shows about the cancerous illegitimacy of the federal reserve, instead they torture and buy him off and make him completely 100% un credible. (but his shows on the federal reserve were QUITE good, in reality.)

and then you assume that the Hawaii state dept of health would not cover for Obama, lol....where's your proof for that assumption?

all the history you can point to where government agencies have always stood firm for truth and not gone along with what the leaders told them to present to people? loooool oh sweet naivete....

When the question is the layout of an adobe file, an expert on the subject sounds pretty legit doesn't it? Who are Arpaio's forensic experts? Why is he bringing this to the court of public opinion rather than an investigative agency?

And since you brought up Glenn Beck:
"You’ve certainly been directly complicit in the mainstreaming of a conspiratorial way of thinking about our politics. I see the conservative media sphere, in general, as having created a hothouse atmosphere, where there’s this idea that everyone is out to get us. I don’t think that’s fair. The first time I ever really heard that kind of serious talk from anybody was about there being a vast right-wing conspiracy out to get us. We both play that game; we’ve done, on the right, the same thing that we accuse the left of doing. You have to know what’s true and what’s not, and quite honestly that’s where the media is supposed to come in and fill the gap."

I did care that Ted Cruz wasn't born in America. I figured that, had he been the nominee and subsequently elected, the issue regarding his birth would follow him into office. I feel strongly that you need to be born in the US (or at an overseas consular or military base) to be eligible simply because the majority of countries make that aspect mandatory if you want to be in their highest office. In McCain's era, though, naturalization law worked a bit differently than it does now. There was a time where, if you were born overseas, you could only inherit US citizenship if your father was American. If your mother was American, SOL.

Anyways, regarding the whole birth certificate thing, at this point, who cares? The man will be out of the office in a month. He will not receive an extension regardless of whatever the electoral college, Congress, etc. attempts to do.

Oh yay, you're seriously going to try and stand your ground on this one?

Please, continue, so we can all have a good laugh at your expense.

I said Glenn Beck years ago before he was fired from Fox and made to apologize because he's just really not alpha enough to stick by his convictions and would rather worry about "putting food on the table" than maintaining his integrity on the issue. I'm not interested in what Beck has to say in 2016. I said his pieces about the federal reserve were good, so I really dont give a crap about whatever direction out of context you're trying to take my Beck comment by bringing up things he's said that werent what I was referring to. Always gotta change context in order to try and look like you could get a point in Beck is a broken dissheveled man not worth listening to any longer, he looked Sauron in the eye and came out the other side weeping in a fetal position like the little hobbit he is.

Continue what? Those were legitimate questions.

Kudos on ripping into Glen Beck, though. It's easy to do, but still funny.
