Purple foods are high in nutrients and antioxidants. According to the 'experts' this week at least. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/food-and-drink/news/start-eating-purple-good-health-science-behind-2017s-new-food/

The way I am taking this is that I need to cook chicken in red wine to make it purple chicken. Then it will be healthy no matter what.

This is old news. I've dined on purple potatoes and purples carrots sometimes for a few years now.

These potatoes are just as purple inside as they are on the skins.
