What helps me:

♥ writing down what I'm feeling
♥ listening to music
♥ smoking a cigarette
♥ talking to someone
♥ color in mindfulness coloring books
♥ talk/chat with someone
♥ describe an object in detail: what it looks/feels/smells like
♥ cuddling with my cats
♥ watching netflix/TV
♥ go for a walk
