I'm just curious, so many anime's on here I want to watch, but due to some really great ones currently in havn't had time to finish. So just wondering if anime cycles out at all? And if so is there a list of what and when? I have enjoyed the almost weekly new anime added last month.

Licenses come, and licenses go, but legends... Legends never fade.

Yes, there are durations specified in the contracts. Though the contracts usually are for several years, so they don't expire that quickly, and there's always a chance that we can renew the license.

I've moved this to the Site Support/Minor Questions forum. Licenses on shows do expire, but there's no publicized "schedule." Usually there will be an announcement in the Site News forum a few weeks (or sometimes just days) before a title is removed from the site, but sometimes there is no notice given. Occasionally a show that has been removed will come back later.
