I noticed that a lot of people on CR love getting into heated debates with other CR members. Who are those debaters? Pretty much who are the CR users that love to debate constantly. You see them everywhere pushing their opinions so strongly. Who are they?

My Turn:

I would list some down but I feel like I would get their usernames wrong.

Eh everybody on the site fight over something petty and dumb. If this was 18 plus site, people would be fighting over dick sizes all the time. While the girls fight over who alpha female, meanwhile the imouto dude will post hentai memes of imoutos, While Rain wolf post pictures of his manly gun and spray it over all the place.

This site is like a crossbreed between Reddit and 4Chan.

Alrighty then.

Something causes heated debates, much like how fires don't happen for no reason. After the fire department hoses down the burning building, they don't just leave. They look for a cause of the fire, such as an oily rag. Same thing with heated debates. Someone says something controversial, and then someone responds in a heated way, therefore creating a heated debate. Without the controversial statement, you then don't have someone responding in a heated way. I think the better question is "Who is starting shit they obviously know is gonna create a heated backlash by saying something controversial or offensive, therefore creating a heated debate?" Don't say controversial things, and you won't get people into a heated debate with you. That's like robbing someone, and then getting butt hurt and calling the cops, telling them that they beat the shit outta you. Or as I told someone on here that started with me "Don't start no shit, won't be no shit." So don't start shit, and you won't get shit. It's not that hard of a concept to understand.

I've gotten in a handful of heated debates on here, so I have a feeling some people who may have me in mind, in which you may be one of them. But bare in mind that everyone of those heated debates I was in started with someone saying how horrible America is, or America sucks or something along those lines. Cause: person insulting my country. Effect: me getting into a heated debate with them.

Bullies love bullying, but hate when their victims fight back. They then try to turn it around and make it seem like the victim is the bully, when the victim simply was just standing up for themselves and giving the bully a taste of his or her own medicine.

Point is, not all heated debates are without merit or justification, and certainly none are without reason.

When the first two people invented language, I bet the first thing they did was to argue over what to call it.

"Friendly"? Where are the 'friendly' debates?

Most debates on here are friendly. I assume you have never seen hostile debates before, they get really ugly.

Okay, pretty much about 95-98% of people you see in General Discussion would be on this list, in some way or another.

Precisely! Thank you for demonstrating the point with a post that is neither smart nor funny.

Wait, you... you ARE being ironic, right?

I mean, you didn't ACTUALLY think... DID you?

Oh dear God, it's worse than I thought.
