Have you ever had an experience with a two faced person?

I run into two faced people quite often and its quite annoying and causes a dismal or sorrowful feeling at times.

I can understand some situations where being two faced is useful however I find it quite irritating when people are two faced and talk behind my back about me..

Now... let's say you're in this situation.

You find out that everyone around you is two faced. They all are trying to talk behind your back but for some unknown reason you're able to hear in and not be detected. These people you've "known" for 1-3 years and consider them good friends. After hearing them talk behind your back about you what do you do? How would you feel if you found out everyone you knew pretty much was a fake personality that they were using to use you?

ayye, I'm currently in college and it's pretty much filled with people like that.

there's this one girl who used to be in my friend circle, she was so full of bullshit (she started spreading false rumours about me and my friends + she's saying some shady things about herself, like owning a hotel in the US and shit lmao) that we couldn't take it anymore so we kicked her out. she joined another friend circle with students from another major but after like 4 months, it seemed like they kicked her out too (not sure tho lmao) and now she's in another group = v= never spoke to her since.

when it comes to two-faced people, it gets tiring to deal with them so it's better to just let them go and move on with your life c:
well, for me at least.

The way I would feel and care depends on the person. If it is someone I'm not close with, I will not care because I don't waste my precious time and energy on hypocrites, as long as they don't bother me with it, I don't give a damn.

But if it is someone I'm friends with, I will care a lot. My initial reaction would be sadness, then disappointment and lastly, anger.

I will feel so sad and heartbroken, my attitude with them will change. I would keep my distant and slowly stop all contact with them. If they ask why I'm this way, I will tell them the reason why and turn around. I will also look down on them.

But right now the only people I care about are my mom and she would never talk bad about me. My siblings would never talk behind my back because they tell me everything on my face my family is all I care about so I'm good.

Two family members, and friends from the town I that I used to live in. It doesn't really bother me.

I wouldn't talk shit behind a person's back but I'm also not dumb enough to speak whatever's in my mind to my boss. I don't have that luxury and I consider it part of my job to pretend being pleasant to people I dislike. Whether they're my clients, co-workers, subordinates, or bosses. At the end of the day, I do my best to leave work in the workplace just as I do my best never to carry my personal baggage there.

If you're talking specifically about two-faced friends, I wouldn't go out of my way to befriend someone I dislike but I can be mature enough to be civil around them as well. If it comes down to confrontation, it's best to settle them behind closed doors and aim for a resolution rather than shit-talking. The same goes for family members I don't like. Anything less than that is highschool drama.

Everyone has multiple faces. One they show to family, one they show to friends, one they show to co workers and strangers etc. It's strange because there personality can be vastly different and its hard to say who is the true one.

I'm not. I have no problem letting someone know I don't like them, so if I'm talking about someone behind their back, it's nothing I already haven't said to their face.

That being said, it follows that I don't negatively talk about friends or people I respect. Whether or not it's to their face or when they're not around.

I believe that everyone is two faced in a way. You should confront them, and then stop talking to them.

two faced people are everywhere, I believe. there's nothing much that we can do. I had experiences with two faced people and the best way what to do about them is ignore them. sometimes I think even myself is a two faced people as there would be things that I would rather not mention in front of certain people about them. now that's what we call by being polite but that doesn't mean I go around talking shit about them. I think bad of them, but saying good things to them to be polite. I guess that makes me two faced people too? whatever.

Ya I know some two faced people.

As long as they aren't messing with my life, we won't have a problem, I just talk to you, say what I need to say, and leave with a smile just like they would do.

Why would I care enough to have hate towards them, that's such a waste of time. They don't exist outside of these four walls. Just another person to talk to, but never close enough to give them an honest conversation.

Growing up., I've always come across to faced people for as long as I can remember and not a day goes by when I don't feel like punching the living daylight out of them.

Why is it necessary to have to be nice to someone's face, yet cruel behind their back?. sure, they may feel some sort of satisfaction from it, but what about those who have to suffer from it? I've had a best friend who I've known for almost my entire life and I dreaded the day that we finally parted ways. I couldn't believe it when it happened, so if it happened with someone I knew for shorter period of time then most likely I wouldn't have cared. TO me, he was two faced. I honestly thought we were super close until I had to hear that he was talking abut me behind my back with other people that called themselves my "friends"

Some people are just wasting their time doing it and really should quit it.

Maybe they didn't want to be two-faced. Maybe they got their face burned due to an explosion. Maybe their girlfriend just died because someone saved them first. Maybe they want to get vengeance against the criminal mastermind that did this to them. Maybe said criminal mastermind is turning them against a certain police chief and vigilante crime fighter who they feel wronged them.
I'm just sayin.'
