Hi,

I currently have a premium subscription that i use on my Roku. Right now I'm traveling and wanted to watch on my work laptop. For some reason, I don't have premium anymore on this account. I checked my profile and it shows I'm not on premium.

Is the premium feature on 1 device only? What's going on?

PS. You guys need to explain how the premium service works better. Or I'm probably looking at the wrong places in the help section...

Your premium account works as premium on all devices that are using that account.

Are you sure this is the same account you have associated with/are logged into with on your Roku, and if so, are you sure you are still getting premium benefits on Roku and not watching there as a free user?

Come to think of it I may have created a second account when I signed up for the Premium trial but I don't think you can have multiple accounts using the same email right? I was definitely getting premium benefits as of last Tuesday 12/20/16.

I'm pretty sure you can't create multiple accounts using the exact same email address. You might want to contact customer support directly using the /contact form so they can help sort things out for you.

Just emailed CS. Was looking for something like that. Do you need to activate premium if your using a new device when logging in?

I think the CR app for most of the devices works with a free account, but with restrictions--like having ads, not having the latest episode, etc. However, I don't the details regarding all the devices.
