Thermal underwear leggings? Sure. Without anything else? Fuck no. Unless you count the inside of a hotel room with other people then yes, I've done it before.

I'd rather not wear them.

Nah, mainly due to a lack of pocket space. Gotta have that storage space ya know and only cargo pants fit that bill.

I'll wear them around my house, but not usually in public (they're really comfortable ). I'll also wear them under my pants if it's cold.

I have a pair of Deadpool movie style leggings from Poprageous, they're so thick people assume they're pants, not see-through at all. I love them! Very comfy.

In the UK it's pretty cold especially in winter. Thermal leggings are a lifesaver when your in a work shirt, and trousers walking in the bitter cold weather.

Only other time is probably to the gym. But I would wear shorts over them.

Strictly speaking it's 'thermal underwear', not exactly 'leggings'.

I happen to wear kilts from time to time.
Rather than wearing leggings, I wear knee-high socks.
Of course, there's no freedom like the freedom of wearing a kilt with nothing else underneath of it.

I wear pants. Those go over my legs. Does that count?

No? Then how about slacks?

I think pants are okay.
I wear cargo pants quite religiously (hey, I have a lot of cables, tools, and USB drives to carry around at times.

But no, definitely not slacks. Why are you still wearing slacks?
