Yeah, I know plenty. I have friends that smoke and drink stuff with caffeine in it. I can see some of them flipping out if a banned happen, but that really doesn't concern me.

Interesting.

This is why you grow your own coffee beans, then have them roasted at a local coffee roasting company however you like (or do it at home, if this was a banned practice).

Ultimately, I would begin to get a little twitchy - I'm fairly confident that, at this time in history, my body is 92% coffee/caffeine. I would survive without it but it wouldn't be a pretty situation to go through.

Though - personally, if giving up caffeine altogether meant that there were an International ban on all tobacco products...
I'd give it up in a heartbeat.

So you'll eventually get over it.

Pretty much.
I think, at first, I'd wonder what kind of world we live in that requires the government to intervene with the personal choices of others to such a degree. Then, I'd ponder how the government is going to survive without the taxes they make on selling tobacco products.

Finally, I'd just use my own beans for a while (until they're gone). I'm assuming that after a month or so that I'd just shrug and carry on with my life.

Banning smokes would be a good thing. It would lessen cancer, cardio vascular disease and respiratory disease a lot.

Caffeine... it depends, what kind I love chocolate, matcha and green tea

i'd be fine. I've never smoked. Decaf coffee would still be legal, right?

Cigarettes aren't very good to people's health anyways..

People wouldn't die lol

I'd be fine, I wouldn't care.

Artist's conception of two hours after caffeine and cigarettes are banned.

No caffeine, from roobois to Darjeeling tea? Sure, most modern tobacco products are disastrous to us, but that greatly has to do with all of the unnecessary chemicals we add to tobacco products. Bootlegging galore.

Never smoked, never will, so that wouldn't affect me. As far as caffeine, I would have to switch to decaf coffee beans and decaf diet soda. I am completely unaffected by caffeine anyway, so that wouldn't matter. Chocolate would be a bigger problem.

Let's say your government finally bans caffeine and cigarette. How will people react to this? Will there be more riots and death? What will you do?
