This is what it says when I try to cancel it. I guess I was late. But could the tech support cancel my recurring payment.

You'll receive faster service if you contact CR directly via their Contact Us page: http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact.

If you signed up using PayPal, make sure you also cancel reoccurring payments in your PayPal account as well because Crunchyroll will sometimes continue to charge you even if they say they have canceled your subscription on their end.

You should /contact customer support directly for billing issues.

Hopefully not, since that means Apple gets a 30% cut. Personally, I use PayPal.

I see the OP created their account on December 12, so as they speculated, they were probably too late with the cancellation and the system was already processing the charge for the first month after the 14 day trial had expired. By the time they will be able to do it themselves, the charge will have gone through.
