Every now and then I come back to my queue and see either a new show has been added or some of the shows on my queue have skipped multiple episodes.. and i've already changed my password, and removed multiple devices but the devices keep being added so idk what that's about. Feels like my account has a virus.

Maybe you are watching in your sleep or have multiple personalities.

It's really pretty easy to accidently add a show to your queue.

do you share your username and password with anyone? to allow them to use your account ?

sharing accounts is nothing new..

but if that person is no longer your friend boy/girlfiend. etc.. .. the 1st thing to do is change the password and security questions (if any)

if you are creating a new username and password create something that the other person can not guess

Change the password now. Note that somebody being in means has long they are log in, they have access to your account. Unless support can force a log out from their end.

I've moved this to Site Support, but if this is a continuing problem you should contact customer support directly, using the /contact form. I think even if you've changed your password, if they are already logged in under the old one they can still access your account until something happens to log them out. Customer Support should be able to do that kind of a reset.

Your password was likely stolen in one of the 4 major breaches recorded for your email address at haveibeenpwned.com. You should change your passwords for everything you use online, set unique passwords for each service.

Shortly after making this post i did change my password again, and the first time i changed my password was when crunchyroll warned me about the leak.

I'll definitely contact support directly if that's the case.. I figured that removing devices might force people off but i realize the pc doesn't really come up on the devices list.

I have the same problem too, and just wondering; i already cancelled my premium on my account, but are they gonna still have premium access or no?
