When I went to watch re:zero, it was already in my queue and said it was suddenly not available in my region? I'm assuming this applies to every other show in my list? What is going on? I've emailed support. I can't find anyone else with this issue.

it's possible CR no longer have the rights to stream re:zero in your country. this happens from time to time and with zero warning.
from what i heard, copyright owners can withdraw the rights to stream their series at any time.
you would need to find other providers, or buy the disk yourself.

I've moved this to Site Support. Did you move, are you traveling, or change ISPs recently?

When you click /contact and scroll down to the bottom, what country are you being detected in?

Also, when you noticed this, did you have a premium membership? Canada is a special case in that premium membership is required to watch anything other than currently/recently airing simulcasts.

Are you using some sort of proxy, "unlocker", or dubious bandwidth saver? Your recent access is largely from an IP address in Hong Kong.

Hello,
It suddenly started working again. However, I run a VPN for privacy. I rerouted it to a Canadian VPN and it still did not work. SO, I'm not sure what suddenly changed.

If a problem occurs again in the future, you can always check which country CR sees you as being in by going to the Contact page and scrolling down to the grey text at the bottom and checking what is listed for "Detected Country:".
