Okay, so I've been watching a lot of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure lately (absolutely amazing by the way) but now that I've gotten to part 3 Stardust Crusaders, I've noticed that some of the images are censored. I only noticed this in episode 24, when Dio is slicing that random dudes head off, right before the guys head cuts off a black cloud/blob appears right over the dudes neck, and the next scene is almost completely covered in darkness only showing a bit of blood and some fingers.

I know that JJBA parts 1 and 2 were not censored like this (not when I watched them on Crunchyroll anyways) and I was wondering if anyone knows if Crunchyroll is ever going to release these episodes without the censorship. I know it's probably not a huge deal but seeing a poorly edited black blob appear randomly whenever something super violent happens, kinda takes me out of it and frustrates me. Thanks!

Those episodes were added as catalog titles, after the home video versions were already available. Everything after that was added as a simulcast title, so the TV broadcast versions were used.

It's possible that the home video versions could be added at some point in the future, but not very likely. Instead, you may want to keep an eye out for Viz Media's release of the later seasons, whenever those eventually come out.

Ah man well okay, I'll probably either watch the rest on some other website or just try to ignore it. But thank you!
