Customer support responded to an enquiry and asked for more information but didn't bother to tell me they couldn't handle the request.
I believe two days of radio silence is worth a complaint.

They are not even helping me with my problem. They just keep gifting me a trial membership and ignoring the main reason I am asking for help. I am so confused.

Last I heard from them was on Dec. 26 that they were looking into the problem of why there's an issue with my credit card so I can't renew my Premium membership. I even tried a different card a few minutes ago and got the message there's a problem with it. No, both cards are good and I'm way below my credit limit on each.

Your issue is not something we can fix right now. It may not even be fixable by us, if it's our bank blacklisting your card. Sorry.

Your issue is not something we can fix right now. It may not even be fixable by us, if it's our bank blacklisting your card. Sorry.


Its not a black list because I have tried multiple credit cards (ones I have never used before on the site) and they don't work either. I realize the site is working on trying to fix the issue as its happening to multiple users. I finally got someone to explain to me what is going on, so forgive me if I am going a little insane before with worry with this issue.

I tried a second card myself and it wasn't accepted either. They need to post on the site news what the problem is and what they're doing to resolve it.

At least this tells me CR has a few people in need of more immediate attention than my own, would have been nice to have been told this by the responder. Especially when I was enquiring about a lack of communication in the first place.

Your case is already escalated. One of the customer service manager should be having a look at it when he's free.

What about the case that multiple people can't renew or buy a Premium membership?

That's also reported and being looked into. Easiest solution is still using PayPal or iTunes instead.

No, the easiest solution is to go watch them somewhere else since some of us don't have or want PayPal or iTunes accounts.
