In the paste I've emailed CR more then a handful of times (mainly do to broken inbox 2-3 unread messages when inbox is empty). To this day I've only received 1 maybe 2 replies and the 1 reply I'm certain about they decided to ask me to validate my credit card info with out even remotely addressing my problem. In fact I sent a email to support last night and I've received 2 automated emails telling me to read FAQ which had nothing to do with my email at all.

Been on this site for nearly 4 years and honestly you have a better chance of getting a person through the Berlin wall in the 1960's then getting any form of assistance by email. Not to be rude but it's true sending a email is futile. I mentioned sending one yesterday but several months back I sent 2 about my broken inbox and still to this day I've received no help nor reply.

My advice is if you have a problem message a CR staff member as they seem to be the only one's who read messages.

The irony is that the original email was about a staff member, now I'm more interested in how CR is handling something so minor so badly. I don't think it's wrong to expect better.

We have had 3 messages on file from you since August 2015. I remember you rating my reply negatively after your issue was fixed through a different channel, stating that you send "5 to 7 emails that were never replied to" at the time. We have not received any of those emails - unless you sent them from a different user account or email address.

It's kinda hard for us to reply to a message that never arrived (or was never sent to the right address in first place?).

I've been on the site for a few year and can only recall rating one email as negative and the person asked my to verify my CC information. My guess to why would be I clicked the "I'm a prem member" as I had a guest pass at the time and thought it applied. That is the only one I can recall rating negative.

As for the emails on file you mentioned or seemed to imply it was tied to a address and not the account? If that's the case then I have changed my email address from when I originally joined in late 2013. I probably also considered when I've reached out to CR staff for help with my inbox became it's been a on going problem of mine for a number of years.
