Saturday nights have been pretty bad for awhile, but nowhere near like this. It started getting bad after Dragon Ball Super and a bunch of the Funimation licenses are added, and the new Blue Exorcist is supposed to be up now. Could it just be too many people trying to watch? Did it not occur to anyone that they needed to increase their capacity?

I'm also experiencing lots of connection issues. Having to refresh every page several times just to get anywhere. In all my years using Crunchyroll this is the worst I've ever seen it.

I am also unable to completely connect to CR via most devices. I'm on xfinity/comcast in Colorado. I noticed issues with connectivity to CR starting yesterday, but I hadn't logged on for a few days before then. If I'm able to connect, I just end up getting a blank black screen and a crash message after I select a video. Dragon Ball Super was what I tried to watch today, with little success.

Tried to contact CR customer support through iOS app chat and after waiting an interminable time for a response I got a brief ya we have issues and we know we have issues and was disconnected. So aside from the endless bad jokes and no information forthcoming we also have the improved CR customer support because usually when I try to contact them about anything it takes at least a dozen back and fourths before I hear anything other then it is me and not them, and for the record it has never been me.

yea i just wish they could at least like i dunno make a comment on twitter. here or somewhere that they are having issues and when they expect to have it fixed.

It also sometimes say internal error (500) or video player error cannot parse. Crunchy please fix this

They probably can't even post a response. Agreed on getting a status up asap. Most folks okay when you do that vs hours of no info.
