I will chime in. About 4 hours ago I started having stalls. Now, everything is "internal error" or server error 500"
Here I am sick in bed and my iPad will not deliver my salvation. <sniff>

They really should just say something on twitter.

it's funny how so many companies don't see the need to even acknowledge there is a problem. All they would have to do is say "Hey there are some problems and we are looking into it."

That simple statement is all that is needed. Just let us know you see the problem. 2 seconds to show some form of customer service.

Instead they are posting about the new shows.

Yeah I noticed that before even trying to contact CR about the issues. So one hand is posting come watch CR videos while the other hand is quickly hitting disconnect over and over as you try to contact them about technical issues with using the service? If it wasn't so tragic it could be hilarious.

Having problem repeatedly 1/8. Using IPad, Crunchyroll does not work, keep sending this message " video player error, cannot parse". Hulu, Amazon Video and other streaming sites work, only Crunchyroll doesn't. Please fix this.

Don't think they're gonna work on it until morning. It's almost midnight for them so it's likely their office is closed.

I had to refresh the Super pages quite a few times in order to get it to work. The App on the PS4 is practically completely down. So guess we are going to be waiting.

You would think a rational being would at least stop posting social media posts to go watch anime on a service that is not working or even change the banner link on every webpage to go watch a new episode to something about how they are working on the problem. Unless no one is working on the problem?
