Glad (or not really) I'm not alone here. Not working on my chromecast or ps4. Got an episode to start on my phone but it buffers a lot to the point it's unwatchable. Surprised no word from support. Seeing quite a few hits on http://downdetector.com/status/crunchyroll

Tried on my ps4 failed, ipad failed, working fine and dandy on my pc. hope it helps.

The app works on my android phone and laptop, but the ps3 and ps4 apps arent loading any of the episodes i've tried to watch on them

Same issues here. Not working on my ps4, vita or phone. The site seems to be up but I can't watch anything. Hope it's fixed soon.

Same here, unable to parse video error is affecting new and old anime I have previously watched. iOS 10.2 on iPhone 7 and iPad Air2. I'm in Canada.

As I've mentioned on another thread:

I've reached out to their customer service team via their chat (Zendesk Chat). The customer service representative did state that their engineers are aware that there is an ongoing issue and do not have an ETA (estimated time of arrival) for a resolution.

I did suggest that they post something on Twitter or some type of acknowledgment outside of said chat so that customers would be aware. Though, as mentioned a few times before - sometimes it's not up to Customer Service to post these things. Twitter is likely handled by their marketing team, not their IT engineers nor their Customer Service team.

Just try to remain patient for the time being.

Having a similar problem for the last couple days where the videos stop loading and just leave the Crunchyroll UI, but fail to bring up the videos I want to see. Sometimes it'll fix itself after a few refreshes. Other times I just have to close Crunchyroll and come back later.
