what is this bullshit? not only do the episodes sometime don't work very well, the fact that it freezes up sometimes or skips the whole episode i am watching and goes on to the next one, i was dealing with that but i am paying monthly for this app to watch my anime on my ps3 and i have seen this problem but it usually goes away but now it does not seem to go away now, its been 2hours now since i get "unable to access online features" "Please check your network connection and try again. keeps popping up when i am trying to watch my anime, i could not even play one episode! Crunchyroll fix your freaking app so i can watch my anime and not having to waste my money on a app that gives you a whole lot of problems, i am paying for your app, so why are you not working hard to fix it for your customers?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CR is clearly down and has been for hours. Their IT staff apparently does not give a QOS guarantee.
It would be nice if they'd at least post a note that they are working on it. They must have all gone to bed.

Same here for me also. So what time did yours start doing the same thing as my Xbox One LoboGfx16? because mine started around 5:30 to 6 p.m. USA time. I'm also unable to play it off the Samsung tablet, from my Samsung Galaxy 4 or my laptop.

No CR SOP is that CR does not have an issue. It is always you not them.

Even if everyone trying to use CR has the same issue, the issue being CR is not working. That is obviously you and not them. Because you have the issue and they do not.

They are to busy posting on twitter to come watch CR to even consider that there might be an issue.

Unless they are the ones to busy disconnecting with any poor soul that manages to contact CR support of course.

It's happened last night around 5:30 EST (Florida) and was like that for most of the evening. It's happening again now, on my PS4, PS3, WiiU, and PC.
