Just uploaded the Crunchyroll app and can't play videos. I tried to remove and re-upload the app, but that didn't work. I have an iPhone 7+ and my internet provider is throughAT&T Uverse. Any help would be appreciated!

Ditto, seems like this is a pretty big site issue. Hope they fix soon have surgery on Monday and would like to watch the Winter season while I recover .

Just glade I'm not the only one with this issue. Weird thing is the app works on my phone (Windows os), but not on my xbone or iPad.

Minutes ago you you tell someone it works fine on "your" pc and now you are referring people to mobile browser?

Are you an under cover CR customer rep?

No wait even you make more sense then them they tried telling me once that some videos are premium member content when the video was not and I actually was a premium member anyway.

Maybe a CR customer service supervisor?

on most if not all mobile devices it will refer you to the mobile app and will not give you the option to stream via browser!

I'm not currently having any issues on iOS (iPad Pro), Chrome (browser), or Android (LG v20).
I've reported the thread to be moved to the appropriate category in case this issue is still happening for several of you.

Even if CR wasn't apparently having site wide issues last night (even forum access seemed to be spotty), the player wouldn't work on Chrome on a phone. That version of Chrome doesn't have Flash.
