3 days now and your site has not worked... is there any plan to fix it?

perhaps you could communicate with your customers so now what the hell is going on?

Its actually been more like over a month. renewal system glitched and not working, credits cards can't be changed, inputted, or used, and now the site constantly crashes when you try to navigate around.

My biggest issue is not being able to put in a credit card to renew. If anyone has any more info on this issue please let me know. I try everyday and still not working.

This. I mean come on. Laggy, crashing, phantom notifications, views skyrocketing, buddylist issues, the list goes on. Fix this crap please.

I'm having trouble too and can't find any customer support email address anywhere. I use a Roku stick and have found it almost impossible to watch anything the last three days, but only at night. After 7pm the app won't connect or will take several minutes and then videos won't play if it does load. Also try Android app when this happens and I have the same issues (even now having trouble accessing the website in browser). No problems earlier in the day, but at night it's all "unexpected error" or "check connection". No problems with other apps or streaming services when Crunchyroll refuses to work. I was fine the last two nights, but when I could not watch Gintama tonight I really lost it. If they are having issues at least post something to let us know they are trying to fix it

I've been a subscriber for a while now, but with them being active on twitter (seemingly, could just be autoposts) and not at all in response to this is a bit disheartening. At this point I'm not really sure why I'm paying for a service I haven't been able to use for 1-2 months. Streaming with things like chromecast will play a video for max 30 seconds before having to disconnect, reload, reconnect and then play from that mark for another 30 seconds.

The jobs page only lists a single opening for "Web Developer" and a whole lot more for non-stability related jobs. You'd think stability and >99.99% uptime would be some higher priority goals. All in all it's left enough of a sour taste in my mouth that I actually went on the forums for the first-ish time since being a member on this site for years.
