I tried signing up for a 14 day free trial earlier, and I kept getting errors when entering my information. I figured that I watched enough anime and that 6.95/mo warranted paying for it, but when I tried signing up for premium, it took me to the free trial sign-up page again, now saying that I can only have one free trial per payment method. I figured this meant that my payment had gone through, but when I tried streaming in HD, it says I don't have premium. I don't understand what's going on, as I've NEVER used this card for Crunchyroll before and definitely have enough money.

CR is having credit card issues. No one can input a credit card right now. Since this has been on going for over a month I suggest that you contact support and let them know about it. Hopefully the more people complain, the sooner they will fix it.

No wonder I couldn't renew, i feel like this should have been something that would be fixed ASAP, cause y'know, its their profits being hurt.

I don't know why they haven't fixed this yet either. I've been trying every other day for the last week+ and it's still not fixed. I also don't know why it took 3 weeks to tell me the CC processing failed when they initially tried to process it.

Wait, its nearly the end of May, is this issue STILL not fixed? I can't even submit a request to their personal help thingy because it says "bad captcha"

Oh my God! This is dated Jan 2017 and it's STILL HAPPENING!!!! WHAT?? I just had the same issue. Forgot it. I guess I can't trust crunchyroll with my card information!!! I'm just going to find another way to read my manga. Forgot this bull!

Most of the time people refresh the page thinking it did nothing/didn't load which causes the back end to load twice which bugs the users account out.

If you haven't already make sure you contact support just to make sure you aren't going to be charged in 14 days etc. https://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact Also they likely fix it up and activate your free trial if you change your mind too.

Okay thank you I will try that but it's still crazy. I did not refresh my page but I will still contact them.
