Got 2 orders instead of one and its pretty privacy invasive. Like why need a PHONE NUMBER and ADDRESS to gift someone an ONLINE gift?

That's standard for online orders, and is often used to verify that your order isn't fraudulent.

While normally I would get this, with how often cr comes under cyber attacks, I am concerned.

The numerical ID is the store order ID. As you are buying a membership we need to log that, so the purchase spawns a membership transaction, the "A"-number you will also see on the log. They are 2 sides of the same coin, not separate purchases or charges.
